ahoj! i'm dominik procházka.
I'm a 19 year old life-long hooper turned product designer. Originally from Czechia, the land of beer, ice hockey and Skoda cars. In 2023, I moved to London to be close to the best design teams in Europe and to pursue a BSc in product design at Brunel University.
focus, approach, vision
what i do, why i do it
My main focus is on digital products and XR. I love to play around with different creative mediums too such as generative art, drawing, and physical product design (which I'm currently learning at uni). I guess I could call myself a "phygital" designer.
My aim is to find convergent points within these areas to come up with unexpected solutions to problems while also prioritising sustainability and an accesible and inclusive access to all. We as designers also need to address the negative implications of new technology when it comes to ethics, use of personal data and disinformation.
I think this mix of skills is the ultimate toolkit for future designers and product builders – ambitious, but a bet I'm willing to take!
